WHERE WILL MY PURCHASE(S) GO?
All purchases go towards funding the provision, fulfilment, and island-wide delivery of these care packs, designed to ease worries of the vulnerable communities by ensuring that they are well-equipped to safeguard themselves against COVID-19 so that they can focus on other aspects of life during these trying times. IS MY PURCHASE SECURE?
Yes. The security and confidentiality of your information is our highest priority. We use industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology to protect your information and provide a safe and secure environment for online donations.
IS MY PURCHASE CONSIDERED A DONATION AND HENCE, TAX-DEDUCTIBLE?
No. We are a collective of Singaporean companies banding together to do good through this campaign, and we are not a licensed charity or Institutions of Public Character (IPC). Hence, purchase(s) of Care Packs are NOT tax deductible, neither are we able to issue Tax Deduction Receipts (TDR).
WILL I GET A RECEIPT?
We will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your donations through the purchase of Care Pack(s). An additional ‘Proof-of-Delivery’ email will also be sent to you upon successful completion of the Care Pack to the beneficiary.
SHOULD I WISH TO MAKE A PURCHASE, WILL I HAVE TO PROVIDE MY FULL NRIC?
No, your NRIC is not required. To comply with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) guidelines, your full NRIC will only be collected if a Tax Deduction Receipt (TDR) is presented for your purchase. Since purchases of Care Packs are not tax-deductible, your full NRIC is not required.
WHY DOES MY BANK CREDIT CARD OR BANK STATEMENT SHOW NINJA VAN’S (NINJA LOGISTICS PTE LTD) NAME INSTEAD OF THE BENEFICIARY I PURCHASED THE CARE PACK(S) FOR?
Your purchase is first paid into the bank account of Ninja Van, which will thereafter be disbursed as payment to the suppliers providing the Care Pack items.
HOW WILL I BE ABLE TO MAKE PAYMENT FOR MY PURCHASE?
All local and international debit and credit card transactions as well as PayNow transactions are supported. Sorry, we do not support PayPal transactions.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE ALL PURCHASES IN?
Purchases will be made in Singapore dollars.
